⛔️⛔️⛔️ Terrible Customer service is terrible. They do not care to fix or help resolve an issue that was clearly made on there behalf. When we asked at there location in person, and when we asked via phone w a supervisor if they could rectify/compensate or help resolve the issue which was there mistake, they refused and said they can’t and won’t w no care or concern....custom service w no value,... no F’s given mentality. Don’t use Priceless if u don’t want a headache OR being screwed over.

When I dropped my car off at Best Price on 10/04/19, I was asked what day and time my flight returns. I told them that we were set to return on 10/08/19 at about 1am. The man at the counter wrote the time on the ticket he was putting with my car key and that was the end of that conversation. Upon returning to Orlando, we waited for 30+ minutes on a shuttle that never came. I attempted calling both numbers listed for the company and neither was answered. Being a local, I knew that Omni was nextdoor to Best Price, so we hopped on their shuttle and tipped the driver extra for being so nice as to drive us. We arrived back at Best Price only to find out that they were CLOSED! Livid, I found the security guard on the property, but he didn’t have a number to get in touch with the company’s management because he worked for a third party. He told me that they recently changed their hours so they were no longer open 24 hours. Obviously, they neglected to tell us that little tidbit of information. So, there we were, at 2am in a less-than-desirable part of town, with my 3 year old, sister, and senior mother in tow. Defeated and angry, we called for an Uber to drive us the 45 minutes home and were forced to return the next morning to get our car. But how did we get a toddler home without a proper safety seat? On a wing and a prayer. We were forced to miss several hours of work to go get the car the next morning. The management laughed at us when we told them that we expected a full refund of not only our $15 parking fee, but also our Uber costs. They have completely refused to refund any portion of our money. Best Price has not only been negligent, but a dangerous company to deal with. It is such poor service to strand women at an airport in the middle of the night, force a 3 year old to ride across a metro area with no carseat, and then refuse any refund. Bottom line, this is NOT a company that anyone would want to have any business with.

Nice ride, got a good price online. But added an extra 15$ daily liability check untold online, when it was only supposed to be 7$ a day. If you can, don't support this company for hiding this information when travelling.
