I had a fantastic experience with Aladdin Doors. Within one hour of calling the office, two technicians (Kyle and Jose) came to repair my garage door. And one hour later, my door was fully repaired for an excellent price. Kyle and Jose were friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend using Aladdin Doors.

Our garage door broke at noon last Wednesday. I called Aladdin and by 2pm, the door had been repaired. Responsive. Quality service. Sam seemed to know exactly what we needed, had the part on his truck, and did the job.

I got to say Aladdin came to the rescue again. I was at work and my wife called and told me garage door broke. Without hesitation her and I both said call Aladdin as they where great the first time we needed them and great the second time. My wife kept sAying how nice Sam was and when I got home she showed me everything that was done. That tells me Sam took the time to show my wife what was being done and an explanation of y. There is not to many people out there anymore that really take the time and effort to explain what was repaired. Thank you again Sam and Aladdin. I will continue to let my friends and family about how great you guys are. As well as affordable.

Aladdin was promptly on time and Jose was a no-nonsense representative. He quickly diagnosed that we need a new opener, and then installed one right off the truck within about an hour and 15 minutes. The cost was very reasonable and the efficiency of the whole operation was highly satisfactory. Thanks Aladdin and Jose!

My experience with Aladdin Doors was great! I found them on yelp and home advisor for garage repair. Al was able to schedule a same day appointment on A Saturday. Kyle was the expert the came out, and he was fantastic! After testing the garage door, he took the time to explain what was happening. I really appreciated how he patiently answered all my questions. After troubleshooting the main problem, he thoroughly examined all parts of the garage door and gave his honest assessment, telling me which items are priorities. He was very transparent with the cost of all the recommendations. After I agreed with some of the suggestions, he coordinated same day service, driving back to their main facility to pick up any necessary parts. Two other team members came out to help him, and they quickly finished the job. I am very happy with their work, since the garage works but more importantly my spouse was extremely pleased. I highly recommend!
