Feedback:

I'm just not sure how this location got a 4.5 rating. The Royal Oak location overcharges for services that are not provided, unlike the Rochester Hills location. I boarded my dog her from Thursday morning to Monday evening. She remained in her kennel approximately 80% of the time. Boarding was $40/day which included 3-5 walks/day. Then I paid $5 for each activity, $5 for a video cam kennel, and $12 for bathing. While out of town, I monitored her all day long each day. Rarely was she ever out of her kennel. I also gave them 7 puppy pads. If she was being walked 3-5x/day, she wouldn't have needed a single puppy pad. Yet they returned only 1 puppy pad out of 7 when she was only there 4.5 days. All I can say is, if you board your dog here you need to monitor them very closely.
