Terrible customer service. Escalated issue for security when the property manager doesn't even address the original walk through with the owner. Look up the BBB reviews on this place. I'll be placing one their as well to let upstanding parties know to not trust this company. I'm going through the efforts to appeal their impose of my claim because I'm lucky enough to have all of the proof that I need to take it all the way to small claims. Beware of renting from them, go elsewhere, and remember to read reviews before you choose to rent.

I am very upset with All county suncoast. I had a 900$ deposit and instead of giving ANY of it back, I received a bill for over $2,000!!! Yes, you read that correctly! I was charged for removal of items when I did not leave any at all ..no trash..nothing! I cleaned thoroughly! Furthermore, I was charged for a spot on the carpet that existed at move in, a tear in screen that was a result of hurricane, Irma, for the replacement of drip pans THAT I REPLACED UPON MOVE OUT!! The list goes on and on! What a disappointment and a waste of time. I may as well have left the ace a WRECK!

I did the application and paid the application fee over a week ago and still have not heard back from anyone. I have emailed them to ask for an update and still no response. Not very professional!

Sharon Konrad went above & beyond to help us in all matters pertaining to our property being rented out & to indirect matters too! Really helpful & responsive lady! As all of our properties were rented out, we recently rented via Sharon & All County & had fabulous 5* service! Highly recommended!

WARNING!!!! STAY AWAY!!! They defer maintenance. They charge a $100 late fee if you are a day late on your rent and only give a 3 day grace period so if your direct deposit isn't until the 5th then you pay late fees. They are known for raising the rent each time you resign your lease. They are known for not giving back security deposits. They will not renew your lease if you complain about maintenance issues or late fees. They charge you $10 for dropping off a check. They use a secondary payment system to pay the rent and it constantly malfunctions and then you get hit with the late fee. They are as unprofessional as it gets and will lie to you like you are stupid. They are not there to help you but take your money. BTW, I am in real estate and I'm not an idiot or a bad tenant. They even went as far as to kick me out of their office and threaten to call the police on me when I am there trying to get assistance and lay out facts. I've seen several tenants move out and heard their complaints. I too was warned when I moved up here and now I know why. You are being warned.

As an investor of multi family properties in several states who liaises with alternate (& excellent!) management companies on a daily basis, I cannot recommend All County. I found them to be defensive when answering basic questions pertaining to monthly statements, severely disorganized in their accounting dep., and overall highly unprofessional during conversations meant to improve the productivity of our 8 units--specifically Kim Dicce. We do have high standards in our dealings with our property managers, as we know how a good management company operates. All County, unfortunately, fell VERY short. I would advise any serious investor to steer clear.
