Feedback:

Food was fine but boss you should look into training of your frontline staff ... They take order as if they are doing charity to the customers. Arguing with a customer is a crime in service industry. Please teach them. If something is not possible you should politely refuse and don't take order but showing the customer that we are gratifying u by taking your request is highly unacceptable. That was my last order and would never return to ur counter. Adios!
