Blow & drive has been nothing but problems for me for the past year and now I’ve finally had it and am switching companies. They keep changing their business hours Without notice and no longer provide lockout codes on weekends, so I called yesterday at work to try and get a code and they said I’d get a call back in no longer than 4 hours. Waited 5 hours after calling twice yesterday and once this morning and still no call back. Missed xmas eve dinner with my immediate family and am waiting for a code so I can use public transportation and travel over an hour to retrieve my truck from work so I can get to xmas with my extended family. They have zero customer service. I was told when I signed up that there wouldn’t be any additional charges and that they would come to me for my bimonthly calibrations, not true. Their tech is only in my area(hour away) once a month and canceled his trip here last time which had me calling for unlock codes daily for 2 weeks before they told me there’s an auto shop about an hour away I can go to. All they want is ur money flowing in and they know you probly won’t go through the headache of switching services so they simply just don’t care. Had to take a $100 Uber home after missing my family dinner and now I have no idea how I’m going to make the 1.5hr trip with all my presents for christmas today. Do yourselves a favor and spend the extra $5-10 a month and go with a company that’s been around awhile, save yourself the constant headaches their product and service come with
