I have used Chem-Dry years ago so I thought I’d try them again. I called on Wednesday and them scheduled me for Thursday. So great prompt service. Great results for my carpet. I called a week on the following Tuesday because there was a dark small area after my carpet dried that kept getting bigger. I called and they came back on Wednesday. Great service. Best part of the whole experience was JOE A. Great customer service. So personable. Had me laughing and had a great time...most carpet cleaning companies send their technicians out they are get done get out and really don’t care if your happy. Joe moved our ottoman that I can’t move by myself. I couldn’t believe it. JOE I thank you!! When I call again I definitely will ask for Joe to come 😃

Job was a little pricey as he measured the total floor space instead of just the area I specified. The hallway and the two rugs. But overall, the carpet and two rugs were cleaned well.

This was the first time we used Chem Dry and it will be our last. At the time of service, the "up charges" were a surprise when we had been given a quote over the phone. Our carpet was cleaned, but the trouble spots are still there. We will not recommend Chem Dry to family or friends.

Disappointed that tbe carpets don' t look much better thN before. Not only are tbe stIns sfill there but tbe technition didnt seem to care. Puddles were left on the floor outside each bedroom and droplets on the hard wood in the family room. Disappointed.

Most of the spots on my carpet were removed, but one spot that I pointed out on my stairway has come out even more. I hope they will come back to work on it.
