This location is not the greatest. First of all, super religious undertone. Came here one morning and it was pretty good, ordered the same thing the next morning for pick up and it was not consistent in flavor and the strawberries they topped it with looked super gross.

Awesome, clean, and helthy drinks. The 24oz is very filling, was not hungry for the rest of the day! They are very flavorful, and great taste. It's not a gross, healthy, green, cliche smothies...it actually tastes good! They serve protien drinks, clean juices, and clean smoothies. Very good stuff.

I usually love Clean Juice but today was the worst service I have ever received from the Huntersville location. I ordered a watermelon bowl with strawberries instead of coconut chips. They called a customer up to the counter who they thought was me to give out a coupon for the fact that they were currently out of strawberries. Once the bowl was ready that same customer took it by mistake and I watched her stick her finger in it to taste it because she knew it didn’t look like what she ordered. She then returns it to the counter without saying a word to the employees. The employees then place it in the online order cooler to be picked up by me, I assume. I then inform the employees that the customer who took it by mistake stuck her finger in it and their response was “Oh we didn’t know. I can remake it for you, if you want?” like I’m supposed to say “Oh no it’s fine. I’ll eat it anyway?!” They remade the bowl, forgot to put banana in the base and never informed me about the strawberry shortage that I had happened to overhear from across the store earlier to the wrong recipient and never gave me the coupon that was supposed to go to me in the first place even though I now had to wait for a second bowl to be made.

They sent at least 5 emails advertising free smoothies today, July4th. The emails said that most locations close at 5pm. Well, I went to the Northlake location at 11:20 am and guess what? No free smoothie. They said that the promotion ended at 11:00. Really???!!! There was nothing that indicated that on the numerous emails I received. I will not support them!

Great service! They close at 7:30 and I called in an order around 7:20 and they were so pleasant about the late request. Most of the time people just want to go home and close up shop with it being so close to closing time.
