Wanted to order a regular chicken salad with no guacamole. I don’t eat dressing so I asked for the Habanero salsa instead of the Ranch, they have always done it for me before. This time they wanted to charge me extra??? I’m not getting guac that I’m paying for and I’m not asking for an extra dressing I’m literally just asking for what should come with the salad and they wanted me to pay extra??? I don’t think so

My favorite Mexican place to eat and yes, it is better than Cafe Rio. Better prices, fresher, more flavorful food. My favorite items are small sweet pork salad and the scratch made flan makes an amazing dessert, so freaking creamy!

This is in regards to their customer service view. They charged me extra for adding enchilada sauce on my quesadilla. I don’t eat the rice and beans so it just ticks me off they buckle and dime you for everything. I had a corporate member call me and tell me the same thing....They charge extra since it doesn’t come with that menu item. Well here is an idea...The customer is ALWAYS right. If you want my patronage in the future and I’m upset about getting charged $2.00 for sauce that comes on nearly everything else anyway then how about you eat what it costs you to make me happy! I spent $50.00 there with my family, and usually eat there every other week. I’ll be going to Cafe Rio in the future.

I was not a fan of this place. The drive thru takes a long time. Even if the line is short. It seems on multiple occasions they got ether mine or others I'm with meals wrong. I can understand once or twice but every time seem a little excessive. Not worth the risk.

I just pulled up to this location because the google maps say it closes at 10, and the door says it closes at 10. The doors were locked at 9:20 when I showed up. There was a group of people who also tried getting in, and a worker came and told us they were closed and wouldn’t honor the closing time started on their door.

Well, Costa Vida officially won the fast casual burrito wars. Taste, service, price, and locations all exceed their competitors. This franchise is along the lines of the many others I have visited. Food is fresh and tasty. Employees do their best to get you through the line quickly. Seating is sometimes hard to come by, but usually you find something. The parking isn't the greatest. Egress in this area is a mess. Be warned. Rush hour is extremely bad.

Great Mexican grill. All ingredients were fresh. Employees were friendly. I would have preferred more meat on the salad, but the servers cheerfully separated out the ingredients I wanted kept separate. It was a positive experience.
