Feedback:

They charged me for work they didn't do and I have nothing to show for it. If I am paying someone to do a job, I expect something in return. I have nothing. It's unfortunate because they are based out of Denver, which is where our headquarters are located as well. This could have been a solid longterm relationship but given they are demanding I pay them for work that was never done, this doesn't sit well. Too bad because we are about to open a lot of locations!
