We are first time Franchise owners and were looking for advice and expertise. David was not only patient, he was thorough with the details of our multiple venture opportunities at that time. By the time we made our final decision on the Franchise we wanted to purchase, David helped us every step of the way with the utmost professionalism. He was extremely responsive with email requests and was HONEST in his option/ assessment of our decision. We greatly appreciated his candor and to some degree it put us at great ease.Once leaving our meeting(s) we knew that not only was it worth hiring a lawyer for professional reasons, but we gained so much knowledge about the Franchising that we knew but didn't really didn't know! I would recommend this firm without hesitation.
