Feedback:

I am frustrated with these people. They charged me automatically for a data security service without my permission. I contacted them and told them I did not want it and don't charge me again. They soon reversed the charge,. Than a month later they charged me again. I am now waiting three weeks for a refund and am getting promises from them but still no refund. I keep asking and keep getting told it is getting processed. It takes them no time at all to charge something but they can't issue a refund in three weeks.
