I am very disappointed with my Guier Fence. My fence posts are pulling out of the ground, and it appears that the post holes were not dug deep enough, and there are posts that were not cemented into the ground. The fence is bending backwards from the weight of the fence, and is in danger of toppling over.I am in the process of selling my home, and need the fence fixed ASAP!I called Guier Fence about having someone take a look at the situation, but was told that there is nobody that can service my fence because both service men are no longer working at Guier!

I would not recommend Guier Fence. The fence material itself is not that great, considering how much Guier charges. It can be bought elsewhere for less than half the cost. Scheduling with Guier fence is a joke, there is not other way to put it. Getting someone to call back is impossible. We have had our fence for over 2 1/2 yrs and the gates still do not close without lifting up on them. We are again waiting for a call back from the 'warranty department' and have been waiting for over a month. Every time I call I am only able to leave a voice message -- which I never hear back from anyone. The anchor posts for the gate were not installed right and only sunk into the ground less than 2 feet, hence why the gates are dropping....I'm a woman and I can see the problem but Guier fence can't.07-05-2018Yes there were various conversations. But nothing has changed the gates still do not close or open without lifting up on the gate. So fence buyers beware what Guier has deemed a resolution is not, we understood the Guier fence technician would be checking back to make sure the gates were closing properly. Of course we never heard a peep when I called and asked for that person I was told he was no longer employed there. That was the third time that has happened. Sorry Mr. Crandall, there was no satisfactory resolution for me. Unfortunately I am still stuck with gates that don't work and out several thousand dollars with a warranty that is useless.........I do not recommend Guier fence ever and always tell anyone who asks the issues with Guier fence.

I live on 9 acres and had Guier Fence install approx 1,200 ft of Copperwood round-rail fence, several hundred feet of aluminum fence with 5 gates and well over 1,000 feet of Welded wire fence and T posts. Everything was installed professionally, the clean up was great and they even made 2-3 return trips to adjust gates and secure any sections that moved due to shifting of the ground and some of the wood materials warping a bit.They were very courteous and timely in responsive to my calls and requests for support. I am very pleased. Enough so they were my first recommendation to a friend. Great company to work with.

I have no doubt that the quality of work and the product from Guier is the best in KC. That being said, they don't want your business if your job is small or will cost under 5 figures. I've been brushed off twice now at two different properties. Was told to look elsewhere to have new double gates installed and that they are booked until September anyway (which would've been okay with me.) This is sad because I think they do good work. I have the money and could've probably written a check on the spot for the service but they apparently don't want my money. I will never recommend or call them again.
