Feedback:
I did my taxes with H&R Block online. The software would not allow me to move past the credits section. I worked on the problem with their tech support for a month. No one had any answers. I had to create a totally different account and do my taxes all over again. It was a major pain. Other than that, the software worked fine. I think I should get a refund of my prep fees, but there is no way to contact them.
