Feedback:

One star is too generous. I rented a vehicle from their "Adrenaline Collection", which is basically a Mustang GT or a Camaro SS. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was given a 4 cylinder Camaro with expired inspection stickers, a broken driver's side windshield wiper and scratches down the side like someone took it off road. The car was determined (by the key tag) to be the wrong class (the manager stated that they didn't even carry that class), but Hertz charged me for the premium rate anyways, and now refuses to correct the bill. They don't care about their customers and will LIE to try to protect themselves. I will NEVER rent from Hertz again, and will be promptly cancelling my Gold membership!!
