Feedback:

Let's start with the fact this man approached my vehicle with a lit cigarette in hand and tried to open my vehicle door before it was unlocked or I was in park. Then when I ask how much an oil change is, as I have never been to a jiffy lube, he tells me to go inside and he will be in in a minute. Once he comes inside and starts talking about the cost its 3x what I have ever paid for an oil change. I tell him to pull my truck out I want to go somewhere else. He tells me too late they have started. The hood was up, that's it theres no way they had already started draining the oil. Over all the staff was rude and unprofessional, the lobby was in need of a cleaning, the door was leaking from the rain. I will not be returning.
