Feedback:

Having lived at a property that is managed by Keyrenter for the last 2 years We’ve had a terrible experience with them.The owner of the property is an awesome guy, has done a lot of maintenance to the property and kept up with the condition.Ryan the maintenance guy is very polite and super easy to work with.All the positive mentioned above is turned around when The people at the office from keyrenter are unbelievably bad, we have attempted to reach the office for the last 3 days now, voicemails were left and not a single call/text was received back. In Many past occasions we have tried to reach them at the office but have been unable to even get a response back. The office is very good at charging the rent and that’s about it. Bad business practice people....Update on my review 08/08 - the office person reached out to me and was very polite. Thank you. Keeping at 3 stars until they prove they can be consistent.
