For years we had researched purchasing a franchise but they always had some glaring negative to overcome. We finally found Lawn Doctor and it met all of the requirements, so we dove in. Since our start up Lawn Doctor Headquarters has exceeded our expectations. The training was intense but thorough, our start-up team has been amazing, the program for providing lawn service is a top of the line and guarantees that customers will have a great result for working with us. I have been asked if I would do it again, and my answer, "We are looking to expand!" So a resounding yes!

IM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH LAWN DOCTOR IN MATAWAN NJ ,I CONTACTED THEM IN MAY TO HAVE MY PLACE LOOK AS GOOD AS MY NEIGHBORS IN COLTS NECK MY HOUSE SORRY TO SAY LOOKS HORRIBLE ITS QUESTIONABLE IF I HAVE MORE WEEDS THEN GRASS I HAD TO FIRE THEM AFTER PAYING A LOT OF MONEY

After several years of paying for their service my lawn is now 40% crab grass and other weeds. I would recommend to all to stay away from this office. Customer service is definitely two thumbs down. Really deserve zero stars.
