My relationship with Liberty Pest Management initially lasted 3 years where they came every quarter to the house to do treatment and never had any major issue. In addition to their regular quarterly service, they were available for additional spray (at no extra cost) which I used only few times, they also provided good advice on how to prevent roaches inside and out the property. When I moved in 2018 I didn’t think I needed pest control but when started seeing some roaches I didn’t hesitate to call them back and experience again their high quality job.

They have been treating my house for years. Very thorough and professional. What they are doing works because after not seeing any bugs I figured I would save some money and cancelled. Not 2 months went by and I’m reinstating my plan. Highly recommend these guys.

Technician Ed Pagan is wonderful. He is very pleasant, understanding and professional. My house had multiple small wasp nests forming around the soffits.Ed arrived in a prompt manner, removed and treated the nests. He has a vast knowledge of pest control and explained everything he is doing. Liberty is very fortunate to have him on their staff. A real gentleman. We have been a very satisfied customer of Liberty Pest for over two years now. Since day one, the customer service has been outstanding. They are responsive, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and take action to solve the pest problems we have experienced. Their prices for quarterly services are fair and well worth it. But the best thing I can say about them is that they have INTEGRITY and CARE!! When I call, all I have to do is say my name and address and they immediately know who I am and the services they have done at our house. Our landlord has been extremely slow to fix a mold problem in our garage and other areas of our house. The mold and moisture has created an environment where we are having more issues than normal with bugs. And it’s been an ongoing issue for almost two years now. Each time I have talked with Liberty Pest about our issues, they provide prompt service calls and go above and beyond to help us with the situation we are battling not only with bugs, but also with our landlord. And while they are at our house, they educate and provide additional suggestions on things we can do to help alleviate the bug situation even more than what they have already done. I wish our landlord was as caring, responsive and action/solution-oriented as them! I would highly recommend Liberty Pest to anyone! And whenever we do move from our rental, we will definitely be keeping Liberty Pest as our pest control company!
