Horrible customer service!!! I booked a Saturday couples massage using Groupon 4 weeks in advance, and they called me 5 days before to cancel it because they have a new "no Groupon on Saturdays policy". No exceptions. Pretty pathetic to cancel someone's Valentines Day plans 5 days before the day. No one else will have openings this soon. Thanks for ruining our day.
