First time visitors today and it was wonderful . Perfect for ages 3 to 5. A great place, nice and clean and plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. I would recommend this place for sure.

Over the last 4 months we have been to two birthday parties here. Both have been great with the kids really enjoying them. The party rooms have been clean and the staff friendly. On the first party we were in playroom B and the second party we were in playroom A. Overall the facility is in good condition but certainly after our second visit you can see it is showing wear. The facility can improve a few items for safety and comfort of both kids and parents.1. Add sound panels to walls and ceiling to reduce the overall noise level which is nearly overwhelming with the blowers alone.2. Install the blowers in sound dampening boxes, this will help with the issues in item 1.3. Doors have been repaired with pan or round head screws vs flat head. This causes the doors to not close correctly or be hard to close. I watched two kids get their fingers pinched in the 0-3 play area due to the door in poor repair.4. there is an air hockey table in room A which was great but do I really need a pocket of quarters to play a game? We already payed for entry.5. Fix water fountains, in both cases one if not both were broken or in disrepair. Add a bottle filler as well.

My husband took our 4 and 6 year old here for a party. Both of them spent 15 minutes of their 1 hour time waiting in line for the rock climbing wall. my son went and then the lady said, "sorry we have to start the party." My husband asked if she could go right away and the girl said no. Really? at that point she was the last one. she waited 15 minutes! She is very sad about this. With how much this place charges they could at least make sure the kids have a good time. We will NEVER go to a monkey bizness again. Ever.
