Actually I was a resident of the house and my mom was the customer who posted the review under me and I’m pretty sure that we’ve had a couple guys come out a couple times to fix/re-try to finish the floors within less than 5 months.. I also don’t see how my experience/complaint is exaggerated.. I will say that yes all issues were resolved. DO NOT USE THEM! Totally dissatisfied with their service. They got the stain all over my woodwork that I had to fix! I didn't have scratches on my floor and now there's scratches everywhere. The floor looks worse now than before they refinished them. When I called to tell them that I was unsatisfied they tried to blame it on me! It's taken me 5 months to get them to send someone to my house to look at it. They are the worst and a waste of money!
