Really impressed with this place. Not only cleaned and pressed some shirts for me, but did a better job than anywhere else of removing collar stains. Shirts were pressed correctly and not at a million degrees (some other places have melted buttons) and I saw that a button had even been repaired for me for free as well. Best service I've ever used for this.

I decided to give Mulberrys a try and I would be going back for sure. The store looked wonderful as soon as I walked in. The staff really listened about the instructions I had for my clothes. It was really nice to see that they put extra care on my garments. A really nice place to have clothes clean!

When you walk in to the Mulberrys store, you are blown away that THIS is a dry cleaner! It is so clean and neat, and so modern with great music, free coffee, and an overall great customer experience. I love the recycled wood hangers and that Mulberrys doesn't use any toxins to clean my clothes. I would highly recommend this company if you love your clothes and love great service!

Terrible service! I brought in a formal dress to have steam pressed and when I picked up the dress 3 days later, it was actually more wrinkled than when I brought it in. Plus they up-charged me for beading on the bodice when I clearly stated that the only portion of the dress that needed steaming was the skirt. So, I paid $21.35 for NOTHING! I wish I'd just skipped the whole ordeal. I still have a wrinkled dress! This was my first AND LAST time using their services.

Ugh, I am so disappointed with this place... I had an issue with this service a month ago, the last time I was here. It was resolved so I gave them another chance, and it went just as bad, if not worse.I dropped off a dress for a wedding, and was told it would be ready by Wednesday. I called yesterday to check on it and was told it would be complete today, Wednesday- and it was not. I went in to pick it up and was told it would take until Friday. I understand that the seamtress just got booked and was super busy and doing her best, I just wish that the receptionist would had told me about this yesterday when we were on the phone. I have this wedding in 2 hours and have absolutely nothing to wear.The seamtress called me and said she could rush it, and have it done in 30 minutes. Though I appreciate her efforts- I am unfortunately on a super tight schedule and already on my way to find something to wear and I was unable to make it work. There should be a better system- if an item is no longer expected to be complete by the due date, their system should be able to send an email or text notification. Never again.

As a first time customer I was pleased with the look of the store. The prices are too high- almost twice my previous dry cleaner, and to top it off, they misplaced part of my order that I absolutely had to wear the next day. It took over an hour, several calls to a manger for them to finally find my stuff. The girl looking for my items was nice enough. Not a way to impressed customers. I can’t say I’ll go back-still looking for a good cleaners with same/next day service at a reasonable price.
