Very great customer service. My computer was completely dead so nothing could be done about that but Ed was able to retrieve all my files and give me my hard drive to keep for a great price

Ed had a quick response time and helped save me from loosing all my documents from my computer that had just completely died. He got me set up with some other pieces to use until I could get a new laptop. He did a great job and followed up to make sure all was well. Thank you!

Took 3 weeks to even look at my computer and then wanted to charge me a fee when he didn’t even fix the original problem I had, and was extremely rude on the phone and in person.

Actually I almost blew a gasket at the first time was a little bit rude but then when I explain my problem clearly he was actually very helpful and made up for the fact being rude at the end of the day we all have a job to do And you can’t satisfy every customer I get that so that’s why I gave him 3 stars he tried to help me And I give points for effort
