About - Toll House Cafe
Ziad Dalal , Owner
Ziad Dalal, CEO
Monica Brown, Marketing Manager
101 W Renner Road, Suite 240 | Richardson, Texas, 75082 All great stories have a sensational beginning.
A once upon a time. For us, it was a rich history of Nestl brands woven into our lifestyle and a dream to make the world a beautiful place to spread the love and enhance the way we live. From the beginning, Nestl Toll House Caf by Chip was destined to be more than just a bakery;
it's our passion for those sweet memorable moments in life. So, our founders embarked on a journey to share passion with the world. Starting with a single caf, we began introducing our unique service to US consumers in August 2000.
And what followed was an explosion of interest and the creation of Nestl dessert cafes across the US and, most recently, global expansion.

Overall Feedback:
Meh. Been here twice, pretty over priced and the service doesn't really match the warmth I'd expect from the Cityline area. Everything also has that "processed" look to it, nothing strikes you as being fresh or eye-catching. Got an iced coffee that tasted more like flavored ice than coffee with ice in it. Definitely better options around.
