Overall Feedback:

Purchased a pair of NYS sunglasses at SFO airport. 6 months after the purchase: the tint is fading at the edges and the arm has come off. Apparently they have a lifetime warranty. Tried to fill out the warranty form online but it doesn't work. Tried to use their online email form but it doesn't work. Would love to think that somehow this is bad luck but I can't make contact with them.
