I needed some funeral programs printed last minute. Called several places with no luck. Fortunately I found Rose who was so kind and helpful. She even came in early the next morning to ensure my project would be done in a timely manner. My project turned out beautiful, they folded the programs for me at no charge and packaged them in plastic. I’m not sure what’s up with all the negative reviews because everyone in that store was very kind and professional. I definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

I just went into this place to get something notarized. The guy would not notarize it for because it had my maiden name along with my married last name and my ID only has my married name. This guy was rude and no help at all and I am a notary myself and know that he could have notarized this. I will never use this company nor recommend it to anyone.

Great place to have a private mailbox. The owners, Rose and Robert, go out of their way to help customers. This is also where I get things notarized.

From looking at a couple of reviews, readers of reviews need to know the other side. This Parcel Plus is very professional, kind, and courteous! We receive our mail here, so we are well acquainted with the personnel and have developed a friendship over these several months. Well worth your business!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I rent a box at Parcel Plus and I always forget my key, but they always take the time to open it for me :) I ship everything through this Parcel Plus also and have always found the prices to be very competitive.

Anyone sending a package outside of the usa ,I do not recommend FED EX !!Use a different carrier , I shipped a package 2 weeks ago to eurEur , a 1 pound package with a 5 dollar ( usa dollar amount) and somehow I am told customs in eurEur needs my business tax ID number and or additional information and the teenage child that is receiving this chrisChri package they need his social security number and his bussibus number and additional personal information to deliver ??? What happened FED EX ? I am not a bussbusi ? This was a chrChrist package , never seen anything like this before ? What did you mark this package as FED EX ?? Cautionary warning to anyone shipping abroad !! Be careful and unless you really know what your doing maybe use a different carrier This is a Shipping Nightmare for me a non business , just sending a Christmas package to a lived one in West Europe ? I don't understand what FED EX did ?? So sad 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔 I don't recommendFED EX for the regular person on shipping a package 😢😢💔💔💔💔💔💔💔
