Omg this is my 2nd favorite ice cream parlor on Staten island. They are only open 4 months out of the year. Eggers is my favorite. Open year round and make great soda's.

They didn't give me a difficult time about washing the utensils prior to serving my icee...I'm allergic to coconuts and that seems to be a big flavor nowadays.
