If I could give less stars I would. They operate under multiple aliases on Zillow and other sites. Be careful. All they care about is their $75 fee, for which they use free Transunion reports. They lie the whole way through to you. They employ very subpar agents. The positive reviews: I wouldn't be surprised if they paid for them. This is a pure scam.

I had a great experience with this office. I would definitely recommend this office. I worked with Trevorn and Pia. They were so professional and made the moving process very easy for me. This is definitely an agency that prides themselves on customer service. Thank for helping me find a great apartment!

I have to honestly say that I had a great experience with Rapid Realty (671 4th ave). I had seen this apartment that I had like so I met up with the broker (it didn't work out). I ended up meeting his boss (Trevorn Frederick) because the previous broker had to go on a leave of absence. I explained to her what was I looking for and she really worked hard and found the cutest and best looking apartment I had seen. It took a little less than 2 weeks to find an apartment. I am ever so thankful to Trevorn (she was heaven sent). It was okay that I had to pay a brokers fee because she really worked for her money. I wasn't bamboozled out of my money. everything was legit. She was accessible, pleasant and so sweet. I am ever so grateful to her because without her I might not have ever found an apartment like what I have.

I called about a specific listing on Craigslist and "Peter" tried talking me into seeing other, more expensive, apartments. He finally set an appointment for me at the apartment I had called about at 7:30pm. I arrived at 7:25pm and called his cell to say I was there, no answer. I waited until 7:45pm and then had to leave. What if I had taken public transportation and had been standing in the freezing cold for 20 minutes waiting! Awful service!

I would give this company a Poor-Horrible if I could. They misrepresent a lot of their properties, claiming excellent locations and then taking you to a completely separate neighborhood. We had an incident with a 3rd roommate (who was international) who didn't have a co-signer, which we discussed with the Rapid Realty agent, Ivan. Ivan said he spoke with our landlord and it was ok to have a 3rd roommate who was not on the lease. Fast forward 6-months later and our landlord is furious because they knew nothing about this 3rd roommate and Ivan flat out lied when we explained the situation, claiming he knew nothing about it. Really shady people with bad business morals. They do NOT have the customers best interest at heart.
