I've been working with Reachlocal for over 3 years and I couldn't be more happy with their ability to help me grow my business. Day in and day out they work hard to deliver exactly what it is I need. Emails are responded to almost immediately every time. Work orders and edits are done promptly. They listen and help guide you through the very confusing world of online branding and marketing, and I would't recommend or trust anyone else. Jake and Michelle are a dream team. Terrible, Disturbing, Misleading, Simply awful. The worse company you could ever hire to handle any aspect of your internet marketing. Upper management is always out to lunch and you will never get past the front lines who are mediocre. If you are a business owner beware. If you are an Business Decision Maker and you hire this people, you might as well kiss your job good bye. Having done business with this company is the worse mistake of my life. The amount of money wasted by having believed their first month or 2 smoke screen has been devastating.
