Feedback:

They took over just two weeks ago, and they've screwed me over twice. First, I sent them a list of maintenance issues on the 1st. No response. Nothing. Then, today, 7/12, I come home to a broken a/c. Temperature is in the 90's. They say there's nothing they can do until next week. I advise them that due to medications and illness, this heat is intolerable and I cannot wait until next week to get this fixed. They could not have cared less. I'm being forced to purchase a temporary a/c unit to cool off my bedroom, where I'll be forced to live for the next couple of days due to Brandon McGuire's failure to take my health, and my comfort, seriously. Shame on you, rpm! Update: They did send over a guy to fix the a/c on Saturday morning. I'm grateful for that.
