My mom has been using Senior Helpers for years, the management seems to have recently changed, sometimes the people they send are fantastic, other times just OK and sometimes bad, my mom who is a retired emergency room physician usual calls with feed back but since the management has changed, the schedulers / receptionists have been a little hostile, they are: Melody and Aisha. The business should be careful as these seniors always have a choice and if they do not choose senior helpers, they will ultimately have to go out of business like so many other senior care facilities......

The two ladies that come to my dads house are wonderful. Their both very kind and compassionate and very patient with him. Could not ask for anything more.

My mom is very pleased with the service she receives. I am pleased as her daughter and caregiver because she is pleased. I can see she is being well cared for and my experience communicating with Channel is that she is pleasant, caring, respectful and does a great job. I am also very impressed with the knowledge and recommendations from the visiting Nurse to help us better care for mom at home.
