I have worked with Gus for years and have never once has any issues. He is always kind and keeps to his word. I also receive a discounted price since i have rented from him for 10 + years . The only issue i ever had was with one of his guys not being back when he was told to be so it delayed my pickup time.

Such a terrible renting experience. We have rented bounce houses for several years and this was our first and last experience with this company. We were recommended this company by the MWR, and we have also notified them of the horrific customer experience. The individual came to set up the bounce house the morning of our event, however there was no prior phone call or any attempt made to reach out to ensure someone would be available and home for the setup. The individual then proceeded to explain he would not wait for someone to come home and would leave it there and it would be our responsibility to set it up if someone could not be there to let him in. Then we had agreed upon a pick up time and date; however that time came and passed, with no show. At approximately 9:30 p.m. the company showed up unannounced (approximately 4 hours past scheduled pick up time) and continuously attempted to make contact with us, with no avail. Then the individual then trespassed onto our property, despite our knowledge and attempted to collect their belongings in the dark without our knowledge or consent. After requesting the individual to leave he began to yell vulgar comments and make rude remarks. All this transpiring and we never were provided a contract or requested a payment. For the safety and wellbeing of your family and property please proceed with caution if considering this company, multiple liability and potentially criminal issues at hand and a very poorly managed company.

I love working with Guss and his staff. They're always on time, very courteous and hard working. They always have clean equipment. The people who work the rides are very good with the children and always make sure everyone has a safe fun time. They are great!!!

Very helpful and great customer service. My house was not able to support the inflatable and we purchase the generator at the last minute! Owner was very pleasant and helpful the entire time.

We rented the 18ft inflatable slide along with tables and chairs for a birthday party yesterday. They were extremely helpful and reasonably priced. Delivery and pick up was prompt. We would definitely recommend and use Space Walk of Jacksonville again.
