Overall Feedback:
I wish I could post pictures here on google reviews so I could show everyone just how bad my hair looked after going here. My hair was originally a dark brown color, and I went in to get balayage to basically look like natural brown highlights, just a little lighter than my natural color. Note - I specifically said I wanted my hair to still be BROWN and I showed my stylist multiple pictures to make sure he understood. I don’t know why he could not comprehend this, but my hair was a horrendous splotchy yellowish color after hours of sitting in a chair waiting for him to finish. The teachers were almost NEVER around the student doing my hair, and he just kept putting more bleach on me. He seemed very aggravated the ONE time a teacher spoke to him and then he proceeded to rant to me (and was cussing the whole time) about how he hates the management and how they “tell him what to do”. I wanted to tell him, yeah well, you are a student so you SHOULD be told what to do! I left the salon and when I got home and looked in the mirror, I bawled my eyes out for a few hours because of how bad my hair looked. The very next day, I went to a professional salon and had it recolored to a darker color. Very upset though because this darker color is washing out and my hair is getting lighter. This is all because my stylist at the academy ruined my hair and bleached it a million times when I definitely told him that I wanted to keep my brown hair. Never go to the Toni&Guy Academy.
