My experience as a Top Ten Percent franchise owner has been everything I had hoped for and much more. Since my first conversation with Jerry Clum (August 2014) to my most recent (Oct 2015) he has over exceeded the progression of TTP's current and future goals. Jerry is very prompt at getting back to you with any question or concern that you have and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are on track for success. Not only will Jerry help you in anyway that he can, but the back office team is extremely professional, knowledgeable and prompt to call or email me back. Jerry has an open mind and is always looking for ways improve and make the TTP brand better for the consumers and franchise owners alike. The quality and thoroughness of the training class was top notch. The amount of information that was taught coupled with the interactiveness of the class, I found to be the best I have ever been a part of in the business world. The style that Jerry uses to teach keeps you wanting more information and makes you excited to be part of the Top Ten Percent opportunity. This is a company on the cutting edge of mobile marketing. The Franchisor does a very good job with training and then takes the time to answer questions and find ways to help franchisees to succeed. He find successful opportunities and shares them and encourages all franchisees to do the same. If you find something that you thinks works or maybe works better than what we are doing the Franchisor is interested in hearing about it and will test it out and roll it out. A great company and a great person to work with.
