Feedback:

I love Trufusion!! I have been going here for about a year now. It has been part of my daily workouts. They have a class for whatever you're interested in. Most of all, I love Mary Ashley's cycling class. It's perfect for when my muscles are tired (the cycling helps loosen and strengthen them) also, great for some good 45 minute cardio. I love this facility, and this teacher. If you have an opportunity to take a cycling class - give her a shot! :)
