Feedback:

The day of the pictures, they were extremely unorganized. One photographer forgot to plug his equipment in and it ran out of power in the middle of the shoot. Instead of order forms, you purchase "gift cards" redeemable for photos through their website. Unfortunately, the flyer they give you after making the purchase does not contain the website. The user interface is haphazard and unusable. I was never able to find my child's photos. Correspondence through phone calls and emails were not returned.
