Feedback:

I had a great functional assesment on Thursday and will be going back for sure. In the one hour session I learned a ton about how I can improve my movement and and performance and I'm really looking forward to building on this start. I have never really done workouts before, much less had a trainer but the coach here was very good about explaining why we were doing everything. Also somehow my shoulder that had been bugging me for 6 months is somehow all better. Great place!
