Feedback:

Super disappointed in the service. In all fairness my business is unique and a few people did use the coupon. I was told ALL new residents would receive a welcome kit in the mail. Then when I myself moved and never received one, I was told only some new residents get a welcome kit. Then I asked for one to be sent to me just to make sure they sent them. It took several months for them to get one to me and when I received it there was 3 coupons in the envelope. I was told lots of businesses give offers...not just 3. I was oversold on the service and it was not a good use of my advertising money.
